Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can post-construction cleaning start in Denver?
Most Denver projects start within 24 hours of the walkthrough request. We respond to new inquiries within 30 minutes during business hours, schedule the walkthrough same-day or next-day, and dispatch the first crew once the scope is confirmed. The 30-minute response is the documented standard on every Big League Clean account, not a marketing claim.
What does each cleaning phase include?
Rough clean covers debris removal, waste disposal, and broom sweep of all spaces before finish trades begin. Final clean is a full interior pass of all surfaces, flooring, windows, fixtures, restrooms, and HVAC diffusers after punch-out. Touch-up / punch-list clean is pre-handoff detail work timed to owner delivery or CO inspection. Every phase is scoped on-site before any crew is dispatched.
Do you work around active trades on-site?
Yes. Our scoping process captures your trade schedule, phase timeline, and restricted-access areas before the first crew is assigned. We coordinate directly with the GC superintendent so cleaning phases do not block active trades and do not create access conflicts during multi-trade finishes.
Are you insured and NetVendor verified for commercial construction projects?
Yes. Every staff member is background-checked before their first assignment. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation, and we are NetVendor verified for commercial vendor compliance. Certificates of insurance with additional insured and waiver of subrogation language are available on request for any project.
Can you handle large commercial projects or multi-building sites?
Yes. We handle multi-phase commercial builds, tenant improvement portfolios, and multi-building developments under a single point of contact. Our largest Denver accounts run through one account manager across multiple buildings so the GC or property manager coordinates with one person throughout.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. All Big League Clean agreements are month-to-month. You stay because the work was done right and the team showed up as promised.
