The Three-Phase Post-Construction Protocol

Post-construction cleaning is a phased service. Each phase happens at a specific point in the construction schedule so your trades are not blocked and your CO inspection is not delayed.

Phase 1: Rough Clean

Deployed after rough-in framing and MEP work, before finish trades begin. Scope: debris removal, construction waste disposal, broom sweep of all floors, and elimination of bulk dust and packaging from interior spaces. Prepares the space for insulation and drywall installation without leaving a mess for finish crews to work around.

Phase 2: Final Clean

Deployed after punch-out and before furniture installation. Full interior pass covering walls, baseboards, windows, fixtures, cabinetry, all flooring types, restrooms, breakrooms, and HVAC diffusers. The standard that passes CO inspection and satisfies a building owner's first walkthrough.

Phase 3: Touch-Up / Punch-List Clean

Deployed before owner delivery and certificate of occupancy. Detail cleaning of all outstanding punch-list items, final glass polish, floor finishing, and spot treatment of any surfaces disturbed by late trade work. We walk the space with your superintendent before we leave.

What We Clean After Construction

Post-Construction Work in Denver

Excellent work. Excellent business acumen as it relates to effective communication, attention to detail, and willingness to get the job done right even under adverse conditions (time constraints, poor tenant communication / instructions). For context, I am a property manager and one of our tenants hired BLC to do a move out clean, but tenant did not provide adequate instructions / provided conflicting instructions. BLC was able to come through even through these issues. Would recommend.

Carlos Perez, Property Manager, Denver (Google review, June 2023)

I hired Big League Clean for a deep clean and they crushed it. They showed up on time were professional and didn’t cut corners. The kitchen and bathrooms looked brand new and they were careful with my stuff. Easy to schedule, fair pricing and I’ll definitely use them again.

One additional proof point: a Denver dental office brought us in for a one-time post-construction clean when their buildout wrapped. That account converted to a recurring nightly contract. Same account manager, same crew; they knew the building from day one of the recurring contract because they had already worked through it.

Where We Work in Denver

Denver’s construction market is active across several corridors and districts:

One Denver-specific factor that out-of-state vendors miss: wildfire smoke season runs June through September. Construction sites accumulate fine particulate from smoke events on every exposed surface. Our Denver rough-clean and final-clean scopes account for this.

Most Denver projects start within 24 hours of the walkthrough request. We respond to new inquiries within 30 minutes during business hours, schedule the walkthrough same-day or next-day, and dispatch the first crew once the scope is confirmed. The 30-minute response is the documented standard on every Big League Clean account, not a marketing claim.
