24 Hour Quoting Process
1. “Request a Quote Submitted” and Initial Conversation
After you “Request A Quote” through our website (Top Left of Screen!), we’ll reach out within 30 minutes via email or phone to understand the specifics of your facility’s cleaning needs and coordinate a time and date for a walkthrough.
2. Walkthrough
A Big League Clean team member will personally conduct a walkthrough with you to assess your current challenges, pain points, priorities, and goals in selecting a new cleaning vendor.
3. Quote Review (QR)
After our walkthrough, we will schedule a time to present a personalized quote tailored to your property. This quote will:
- Address your specific pain points
- Outline a customized scope of work for your facility
- Provide client testimonials and references for you to contact
- Include transparent pricing for our services
4. Post Quote Review (PQR)
Following the QR, we will schedule a brief PQR meeting, typically one week later, to review your thoughts and address any questions before you make a final decision. If everything looks good, we can establish a service start date!
5. Document Signing
You will receive a service agreement detailing:
- Your facility address
- Start date
- Service days and times
- Scope of work
- Pricing
We operate on a month-to-month agreement—no long-term contracts!
6. Dedicated Account Manager Introduction & Service Start
We will introduce you via email to your dedicated account manager, who will conduct bi-weekly check-ins and respond promptly to any concerns or requests.
