Post-construction is not one clean. It is three cleans, each with its own tool kit, its own schedule, and its own quality standard.
Runs during the tail-end of active construction. Bulk debris removal, initial floor sweeping, hauling of drywall scraps and packaging materials, first-pass dust knockdown on high surfaces. Gets the site to a state where finish trades (paint, flooring, casework) can complete without contamination.
The high-labor phase. HEPA vacuums for fine construction dust across ceilings, walls, vents, and baseboards. Microfiber wipe-down and polish on fixtures, cabinets, millwork, doors, and hardware. Interior and exterior glass cleaning on windows, frames, and partitions. Adhesive, sticker, and paint overspray removal from every surface. Floor restoration: strip and wax for VCT, seal and buff for concrete, carpet extraction where applicable. Restroom, kitchen, and break-area sanitization.
Runs the day of (or day before) the final walk-through with the client, the inspector, or the certificate-of-occupancy issuer. Final polish. Second-pass detail on high-visibility surfaces. Any punch items caught between the final clean and inspection day.
